SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders typically take  4 - 7  business days (holidays & weekends excluded) to process before they are shipped, if pieces are available and not on pre-order. Please keep this in mind before ordering. 

FAST TRACK/RUSH ORDER:

if you require expedited processing within 1 to 2 days, kindly reach out to us via email customerservice@tofecol.com. We will assess the feasibility of offering this service for the specific product within the mentioned timeframe. It's important to note that a fee of £30 is applicable for this service. This fee enables us to prioritise your order ahead of others in our processing queue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are sent out via DHL. Shipping times depend on the final destination country. We try our best to make sure duties on our products remain low - but if you are an international buyer, some duties may apply and will be your responsibility.

PREORDER:

Each pre-order item has a different production date. Please make sure you thoroughly read the product description, before placing the order. Pre-ordered items are not applicable for express shipping.

TOFECOL reserves the right to change production dates with proper notification to customers. 

Orders can take up to 3 further business days to process starting on the production date, or the first business day after the production date if the date stated is a holiday, weekend, etc.

Orders with multiple items including a pre-order piece will not be partially fulfilled, and will ship at the time the pre-order is ready to be fulfilled. Please order pre-order items in a separate order to avoid this delay.

If you have not received your package a week after shipment confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
