Customs & Import Duty Notice
Important Notice:
Import Duties, Customs Fees & Recent U.S. Policy Changes
What You Need to Know Before Placing an Order:
Please be aware that international orders will be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in your destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They vary depending on your country and the value of your order.
Import rules have recently tightened worldwide. In particular, in July 2025, President Donald Trump signed new U.S. trade measures that ended the previous duty-free allowance (the de minimis exemption). As a result, all goods entering the United States may now incur customs duties or fees, regardless of their value.
We always do our best to keep these costs minimal for our customers by declaring goods in a way that reduces the chance of excessive charges. Based on feedback, U.S. customers typically pay around $20 in duties or less.
If you return an item to us, please make sure it is declared at a similar low value. We are unable to cover return customs charges above £20, as we already take steps on our side to limit these costs.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
